Bethel 337 Fundraising Dashboard

Structured tracking system for fundraising products, inventory, sales, and supply usage.

Project Note

The Bethel 337 Fundraising Dashboard is a structured tracking system for products, inventory, sales activity, vendor costs, and supply usage. It was created to reduce administrative friction and make fundraising decisions easier to support with real numbers.

What I Built

  • Product tracking for item names, vendors, costs, and sale prices.
  • Inventory tracking for quantities purchased, quantities remaining, and replenishment needs.
  • Sales tracking for units sold, revenue, and campaign-level activity.
  • Vendor comparison support for purchasing decisions.

Why It Matters

The best solution was not a custom app. The bottleneck was fragmented information, adoption cost, and the need for a structure that volunteers could realistically keep using. The dashboard made operational state easier to understand without making the workflow heavier than the organization could sustain.

Evidence To Add

  • Workbook structure and decision model.
  • Product, inventory, sales, and vendor-comparison schema.
  • Example fundraising workflow from purchase planning through campaign review.
