Healthcare-track hackathon prototype for conversational wellness support under tight time constraints.

Project Note

Wellness Wizard was a healthcare-track hackathon prototype built to make symptom-oriented wellness support feel more accessible and conversational. Users entered symptoms or maladies into a chat box, and the application generated themed support output through the OpenAI API.

What I Built

  • Frontend interface using Bootstrap.
  • Backend integration with the OpenAI API.
  • Themed response behavior aligned with the wizard concept.
  • A locally running prototype under hackathon time constraints.

Why It Matters

The project is useful evidence of fast-turn delivery: scoping, API integration, frontend polish, and collaboration under a compressed timeline. It also shows a common prototype constraint clearly: the local application worked, while deployment remained a separate challenge.
